As everyone knows, a Photo Booth makes any event, but works even better if you know all the answers to the main frequently asked questions.

When should the photo booth be available to guests?
The hire time is entirely up to you, it is for four hours or you can add on extra hours for a little extra. The hire time also, varies with each different event. For parties and weddings it is usually best to have the hire time after everyone has eaten, this is when the guests that do not like to get up in front of people dancing are left wondering what to do. The photo booth is part of the entertainment at any event and gives guests who aren’t boogying on the dance floor a chance to get involved in something special.

Where should I keep the photo booth?
The photo booth is best in the same room as the event taking place, keeping it close to your guests so that it is visible to them and it gets used, leaving you with lots of pictures and video messages to look back on. Also, it is very important that if you have fun screens with the photo booth that far apart, so that the images can be viewed on the screens by all guests.

Scheduling?
Our attendants come an hour before your selected hire time so there are no disruptions or mad rush to get it all set up. It is best to make sure the venue knows when the photo booth attendant will be there for setup and also if there are any special requirements regarding security e.g. parking, ways in and out, name badges. The booth is in little parts so is very easy to get through doors and it is also a quick and quiet process of putting it up so whether you’re eating your meal at the event there will not be any loud bangs while this goes on.

Have the DJ or Master announces the photo booth
Most DJ’s will help the photo booth attendant build the excitement. If you mention to the DJ that the booth is there and ask him to announce to the guests to let everyone know about the photo booth’s where about, they then have the chance to have fun in the booth and don’t miss out.
Another thing that the DJ could help with is, if you would like specific people to have their turn in the photo booth let the attendant and DJ know to make sure that these people such as parents get to have pictures and leave a message on the video messaging system for you view whenever you like in the future.
